What is the hardware like?
MIRA glasses with a dual waveguide display, microphone, and lasts 20 hours on a single charge. No camera. The display is fully private. The ring can be submerged up to 50 meters under water as well.
What languages can I translate?

No. The core features are unlimited and free, including unlimited meeting transcription, note-taking, translation, and more. Unlimited AI use is included for free.
Does the MIRA app need to stay open?
No. The MIRA app works in the background, so you don't need to keep it open. Lock your phone or switch to other apps and MIRA keeps working.
What colors does it come in?
Any color you want, as long as it's Black.
How does this compare to Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses?
MIRA glasses can listen to your entire day, helping you to remember everything, and assisting you in real time, in a personalized way. Meta's glasses only help when you directly ask, and doesn't know your history or preferences.
Where do I find the MIRA SDK?
It ships with the MIRA iPhone app. There is nothing extra to install. Go to the app drawer, scroll to Build a MIRA App, and tap Create. Full step-by-step instructions are in the MIRA SDK docs, and the MIRA team will be active in Discord to answer SDK questions.
How do you handle privacy?
We take your privacy seriously. Your conversations are never used for training or sold. All audio is instantly and permanently deleted, and only the transcription is saved for your use.
Is it safe to add apps built with the SDK?
Treat SDK apps the way you would any third-party app. Never put passwords, API keys, or sensitive information into the prompts you use to build an app, or into the app itself. Be especially careful with apps shared by other users, and review what an app does before you add it. See the MIRA SDK docs for the full guidance.
How wide are the glasses?
They are 145.6mm (5.73 inches) wide.
Can I order with a prescription?
Yes! We ship MIRA with an option to specify your prescription. Please note that prescription lenses are custom-made with 1.74 index lenses (the thinnest, lightest lenses available). If you return prescription glasses during the 30-day trial, the $100 prescription lens production and installation cost is non-refundable.
When will my order ship?
Non-prescription orders ship within 72 hours. Next prescription batch ships in December. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely and privately, tied only to your account. Transcripts and memories are accessible through your MIRA app and are never shared or made public. You stay in full control of what's saved.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial return policy. Prescription orders can be refunded during that window, except for the non-refundable $100 prescription lens production and installation cost.
What does the warranty look like?
We offer a one-year warranty!
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Prescription MIRA glasses are HSA/FSA eligible (non-prescription orders aren't), and you can pay with an HSA or FSA card at checkout. Your card issuer decides whether the payment goes through and your plan decides what it covers, so keep your order receipt.
Do you support Android?
We only support iOS right now.
